WCA-TV, Watertown News Produce Interviews With State Senate Candidates

Ahead of the Sept. 1 state primary election, WCA-TV’s news anchor Maya Shwayder sat down separately with both candidates for the Suffolk and Middlesex state Senate seat.
After a planned debate between incumbent Sen. Will Brownsberger and challenger Daniel Lander could not be held, Shwayder interviewed each candidate at WCA-TV’s studio. Both candidates were asked the same number of questions about the same topics about issues facing Watertown and the district.
The interviews were produced by WCA-TV and the Watertown News.
