It was a light week for Watertown sports during April vacation—but the Raiders still delivered a thrilling finish.
The Watertown softball team pulled off a dramatic comeback against Waltham, erasing an 11-5 deficit with a six-run surge across the final two innings.
The rally was capped by a walk-off triple from Danica Foley to secure the team’s first win of the season. Plus, highlights from girls lacrosse in a back-and-forth battle with Malden Catholic that came down to the final quarter.
