Watertown Celebrates the Completed Renovation of Irving Park; One of the First Community Preservation Act Projects

Watertown – Members of the Community Preservation Committee, along with neighbors and City Officials, celebrated the completion of the Irving Park project on Saturday, October 14th. The project is the first to be completed using Community Preservation Act funds since the legislation was enacted in Watertown. The CPA adds a small surcharge on property taxes to create a fund for parks, affordable housing, and historic preservation projects.
