Watertown’s First Sculpture Walk Now on Display, Artists Speak About Their Work

Watertown – The Watertown Arts & Culture Committee’s inaugural Community Sculpture Walk is now officially on display. On Thursday, May 18th, the City of Watertown hosted a grand opening celebration of the exhibit at the Community Path behind Saltonstall Park. Each of the four artists who contributed a sculpture to the display spoke with WCN to share some details about their creations, including what inspired them, what the sculptures are made of, and the meanings behind them. These four sculptures will be on loan to the city for two years. In 2024, four more sculptures will be added along the walk.
